Currysmatic Coorgi masala is a spice blend that is commonly used in the cuisine of Coorg, a region in the state of Karnataka in South India. 

The blend typically consists of a mixture of spices such as coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, black pepper, red chili peppers, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. 

It is often used to flavor dishes such as curries, rice, and stews.

RECIPES - with Coorgi Masala

 Coorgi Pandi Curry 

Suggested Recipe (for 1 KG)

Marinate 1 kg meat with salt to taste and 3-4 tbsps of Currysmatic Coorg masala 

Mix for an hour. Add a cup of water. 

Cover and cook on  slow heat till the meat is almost done.

Add finely chopped onions ( 3-4), garlic one pod, ginger 1″, and green chilies to taste. 

Add Kachampuli syrup or vinegar as per your taste. 

Cook till onions are softened. 

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 

Goes best with akki roti or neer dosa.
